BIG DIFFERENCE by DeviantSith BIG DIFFERENCE by DeviantSith
Now in Litva no difference between RED STAR and SWASTIKA!
Its so wrong...
About 14 million soldiers died in war against nacizm, and statistics show that out of 5.7 million Soviet soldiers captured between 1941 and 1945, more than 3.5 million died in captivity.People must always remebrer their sacrifes.

Can somebody please offer some sources of Stalinīs 20 million dead and communists 100 million? because every time i read, they numbers are greater, and multiplied.

Lets not be ridiculous and not attribute WW2 deaths to Stalin since the URSS were not the agressor country (unless you consider that having a system that the world elites dont like is an agression).

Last time i saw a moderately serious sources, deaths in the Soviet Union since the beggining of the revolution to the end of Stalin life were 13 million. This includes the war between White and Red russians, retaliations of Trostsky against extremist groups until fired, war with poland 1920 (in which Poland was the agressor country and lost 2-3 millions already included in those 13), attacks of the european countries (again, agression wars), Stalinīs purges and deaths by negligency in World War 2 (mostly in countries were there were governmentss that Stalin did not liked). ANd obviously dont take the deaths in China and other communist countries but....100 millions?

Im not saying that killing 13 million peoples is good or anything, just that there is a neurosis to give communism the "first place" or something, by, i thing, difusion of malicious sources. If im wrong, i would like to read sources supporting those 100 millions, if possible, detailing a bit more the scenario.

People often say that Communism = Red fascism because of Stalin, but Stalin was often the target of anti-Communist propaganda campaigns by the west, not that he was an angel, but still this misconception was the result of media bias and propaganda. Still, fascism really did very very very terrible injustice in the world. Nonetheless, I thank you for this work.

yeah, but Joseph Stalin ordered the deaths of over 20,000,000 people in his purges. Actually a bit worse than the Nazis.

Not that I'm defending everything that happened in the USSR, but Stalin isn't the entire history of the Soviet Union.

Of course, but the ideology of communism resulted in the deaths of over 100 million innocent people. Nazism was very close politically (far left-wing), but that ideology resulted in significantly less deaths. Of course, I'm not trying to sound callous here as each life that was lost is one too many. In reality, both should be hated fiercely. And you are correct, Stalin was a blight on the rich culture of Russia as the Nazis were on Germany.

Indeed, but I don't hate communism, nor am I a communist. Truthfully I agree with some of the ideals, it's just people, such as Stalin, who have abused for their own means.

I agree. Communism has some good ideals and values. Complete equality, a worldwide brotherhood based on comradeship, and others. Also, don't forget, that Lenin saw communism as a temporary phase until a peaceful left-wing anarchy could be attained. I know the left is opposite of what anarchy is, but in this case it identifies the economic system established in that society. Left-wing anarchy = a peaceful anarchy with a communist economic system. Right-wing anarchy = the same thing but with a capitalist economic system. Personally,I think communism would work if we (humans) were incorruptible, but sadly no. Vampires, on the other hand, are a whole different story.
